Open-raise range

How to use

50 BB & 25 BB are open-raise ranges (raise to 2-2.3bb). You're playing full poker — postflop matters and 3-bet defense matters.

15 BB is the transition zone. You can still min-raise, but the blue cells are also profitable jams. Open-raise vs weaker fields, shove vs aggressive 3-bettors behind you.

10 BB & 5 BB are pure shove territory. Raise-folding doesn't work — there are no postflop chips to play with. First-in, you jam or fold.

ICM adjustment: Near bubble or pay jumps, shove ranges stay similar (fold equity goes up) but calling ranges tighten 20-30%. Don't shove if a big stack behind you is calling light.

BBA note: Big Blind Ante shifts SB ranges slightly wider (no per-hand ante tax) and BB defense should widen too. SB ranges here already reflect BBA structure.

$250 daily deepstack adjustment: Field is recreational-heavy. From mid-positions, tighten by 1-2% — they'll call shoves with hands they should fold. From late position, ranges are fine as-is.
